Bright Smiles was awesome! They did a great job and my dental hygienist, Katelyn, was amazing. She was so kind and sweet and made me feel so at ease! Would definitely recommend!

I saw Linda today & she was so sweet & welcoming. I was greeted with a warm welcome ad soon as I walked inside the door. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. I was given a tour of the nice & cleaned office. Linda explained everything to me with details & always asked if I had an questions. I currently have a cast on my dominant hand. Linda assisted me with removing my earrings because I was having trouble. Bright Smiles is the best dentist I have visited & the staff are so nice.

I really appreciate the staff at bright smiles. Dr. Chance and his assistant were very caring with my procedure. No pain or discomfort. They went above and beyond. And checking out the staff Katie and Kaitlyn were very friendly when setting my next appointment.

My first visit was great! Lovely staff. But I had a second visit scheduled in advance for today and when I arrived I was told that my appointment had been cancelled because my appointment wasn’t confirmed and that my appointment had been given to someone else. This is crazy because I shouldn’t have to confirm when I already made the appointment. My appointment should have only been cancelled if I called to cancel or reschedule. This is very inconsiderate. I will not be back.

Every one is amazing here.. Dr Chance is awesome and explains in detail. Katelynn and Hilary are the sweetest ladies and they are gentle. I recommend Bright Smiles.

Only giving one star bc the blonde check out girl handled my rant amazingly! Outside of that do NOT waste your money,insurance, and especially your time on this place!! Took off work 3x to have tooth extracted and all they did was continue to take X-rays to charge insurance!! I have worked in the dental field before and all it takes is ONE pano! Not 5bitewings and a pano!! Def won’t be back!
